Just a quick reminder that the LWVSC Annual Meeting is this coming Saturday, April 4th. If you have not registered please take a few minutes to do so - this will help us to make sure that we have a quorum. If you experience any trouble registering please be aware that it may be because you are not logged in to the LWVSC website. Please note the new meeting time of 2:15 pm. We are hoping that by scheduling our call at 2:15 pm we will not have any problems with league members getting onto the call. That said, if you have difficulties when you dial in the first time please keep trying.

Once you are on the call, follow the verbal instructions and announce yourself when instructed to do so. During the call please enter *6 to mute your phone and use *6 to unmute should you need to ask a question or make a comment. I'm confident that we can still hold a successful Annual Meeting by conference call and that by doing this we will be in a good position to resume League activities once current restrictions are relaxed.
