Please note: The Sustainability Committee&#39;s Book Club Zoom Meetings are free, open to the public, and participants do not have to have read the books to engage in the discussions. The Book Club was created to help educate Brevard residents about the emerging field of study: Sustainability, along with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Registration is recommended, but not required. Sachs.<br /><br />Sachs is a world-renowned economics professor, global leader in sustainable development, senior UN advisor, and bestselling author. He serves as the Director of the Center for Sustainable Development and holds the rank of University Professor at Columbia University, the university’s highest academic rank.
